Crafted with time, care, and just four simple ingredients—filtered water, sea salt, organic all-purpose flour, and organic whole wheat flour—our Traditional Sourdough Bread is a return to the roots of real breadmaking. Naturally leavened with our wild sourdough starter, each loaf is fermented slowly over 24 hours to develop deep flavor, a crisp crust, and a tender, chewy interior.

Sandwich Bread

Baked fresh daily. Each batch is mixed, kneaded, and allowed to rise slowly to develop a tender crumb and a thin, golden crust that slices cleanly without tearing.
